Executive director has led medical professional group since 2003 Mahaffey June 21, 2019 Chris Mahaffey will step down as executive director of the $7.2M-revenue American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons on Feb. 29, 2020. Mahaffey joined the Chicago-based ACFAS in 2003. He previously was CEO of the Association Forum of Chicagoland.
